I am an avid Silicon Valley entrepreneur and worked as a CEO and executive in multiple venture backed high-tech start-ups. I hold a Masters degree in Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel and a Masters in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business where I was a Sloan Fellow. I learned Bridge when I was in high school, but working in high-tech pushed this passion aside for many years. A few years ago I had the opportunity to play regularly with my father and it brought me back to the game. Some time later, when my daughter started to show interest in the game, I decided to found BridgePartner and grow a next generation of Bridge players. I love to teach and have done so in the past. At BridgePartner I develop the overall vision and administer the program.

I am a doctoral student at the School of Education at Stanford University. I’m responsible for developing the teaching material and classroom agenda at BridgePartner and of course I love teaching children. It is great fun to see children being able to learn and play the game of Bridge. I learned to play Bridge from my grandparents over a spring break in Florida when I was 15. I started playing again while an undergraduate at Yale University as a part of the Yale Bridge Team. While at Yale, I also worked as a public school intern at Hill Central School in New Haven, where I organized a variety of tutoring and enrichment programs. After graduating from Yale, I worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Research on Education Policy and Practice at the Stanford University School of Education. I played on the Stanford Bridge team this past year, which won second place in the North American Collegiate Championship in Nashville. |
